Ingredients:
2 cups cubed carrots
2 cups cubed turnips
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter or avocado oil
2 tablespoons herbs (like dill and scallions)
¼ cup plant-based milk (or regular)
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Boil carrots and turnips together (about 20 minutes until soft)
Heat butter in pot, add garlic and half herbs
Add carrots and turnips, toss well
Add milk if a little dry
Mash until desired consistency
Salt and pepper to taste
