Ingredients:
½ cup tempeh, cubed
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 inch fresh ginger, chopped
2 cups vegetables of your liking, chopped
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce (your favorite)
2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce (optional)
Ground pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat oil in pan
Sauté garlic and ginger with tempeh for a few minutes
Add vegetables, stir well
Season with soy sauce, sweet chili sauce
Add a little water (¼ cup) to pan
Cover until all vegetables are tender
Serve over rice or noodles, or eat as a side dish
