Ingredients:
½ cup tahini paste
4 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 Tbsp water (more if needed)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in bowl and blend well
Great over salad, pasta, vegetables, meats or use as a marinade
