Ingredients:
3-4 cups fusili pasta (or other pasta)
1, 32 oz jar pasta sauce (Carfagna is what I use)
½ cup ricotta cheese
3 tablespoons pesto
3 cloves garlic minced
16 oz water
3-4 cups chopped fresh spinach
12 oz jar artichoke, drained
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt / pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven at 400F
In a 9x13 baking dish, combine all ingredients, mix well
Cover with foil and bake for 35-40 mins
Check around 30 mins and stir. Bake until pasta is al dente
Serve with grated parmesan cheese and fresh basil
