Ingredients
2 pieces of Rock Fish (or any other fish will work)
2 tablespoons scallion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1-2 inches fresh ginger, chopped
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons soy sauce
Black pepper
Juice of 1 lime
Instructions:
Heat oven to 400ºF
Thaw the fish, pat dry
Put fish on a piece of wax paper (or foil)
Assemble all ingredients
Fold up the paper and place in baking pan
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish is done!
