Ingredients:
¾ cups flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 cup sugar
Dash of salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk (regular or plant based)
1 cup ripe paw paw meat, mashed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup melted butter
Instructions:
Grease baking dish (7x10)
Preheat oven 350F
Combine wet ingredients in a bowl, set aside
Combine dry ingredients, add to wet ingredients
Transfer batter to baking pan
