Ingredients:
1-2 cups brussels sprouts, halved
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup bacon, chopped into 1 inch pieces (regular or vegan)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Brown bacon in heated pan with oil - set aside when done
Sauté garlic and brussels sprouts in the same pan
Add salt and pepper to taste
Cover with lid to cook for a few minutes
Remove lid, add a splash of balsamic vinegar
Add bacon, toss to mix. Serve warm or at room temperature
