Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas, drained
3 tablespoons tahini paste
1 tablespoon capers, drained
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon each of chopped onion, celery, fresh herb like basil or parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Mash everything together to a consistency you like
Serve with the best sandwich bread or on its own with a salad
