No Bake Tahini and Date Protein Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cup rolled oats

  • 9 medjool dates, pitted

  • ¼ cup almond butter

  • ¼ cup tahini

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Instructions:

  • Mix all ingredients in a food processor until sticky and well blended

  • Make balls and refrigerate

  • Store in an airtight container to enjoy for a few days!
