Ingredients:
2-3 cups potatoes & root vegetables like carrots, turnips, sweet potatoes
3 cloves garlic
Broth to boil the vegetables
½ cup kimchi, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare vegetables, and boil them in broth with garlic cloves(vegetable or chicken broth) until soft
Drain and add kimchi to mash
Add salt and pepper to taste
