Kale Pucks

Ingredients:

  • Kale or any other greens like chard, beet greens, collard greens


Equipment:


Instructions:

  • Clean and chop kale 

  • Steam for 1-3 minutes until just wilted and still bright green

  • Chop into smaller pieces if desired

  • Fill muffin holes 

  • Put in freezer until frozen and transfer to storage bags/containers for later use
