Ingredients:
Kale or any other greens like chard, beet greens, collard greens
Equipment:
Instructions:
Clean and chop kale
Steam for 1-3 minutes until just wilted and still bright green
Chop into smaller pieces if desired
Fill muffin holes
Put in freezer until frozen and transfer to storage bags/containers for later use
