Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ cup chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 cups hardy greens like kale, collards, chard, chopped
¼ cup rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
1 cup Brown Wood Farms Cherry Jalapeno salsa
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat oil in pan, add garlic and onions, sauté until translucent
Add greens, sauté until soft.
Add salsa and vinegar, salt and pepper to taste
Great as a side dish, or add protein to it to make it a complete meal!
