Fruit Crisp

Ingredients:

  • 2-4 cups of fruit (fresh or frozen) to cover the bottom of baking dish

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup flour (regular or gluten free) 

  • 1 cup brown sugar  (or white)

  • ½ cup butter 

  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon 

  • Dash of salt 


Instructions:

  • Cover bottom of baking dish with fresh or frozen fruit, set aside

  • Combine flour, sugar, oats, salt and cinnamon in a bowl

  • With your hands, work butter into the flour mixture until well mixed 

  • Cover the fruit with the crisp mixture 

  • Bake 400º for about 30 minutes or until fruit is bubbly and crisp is brown


Serve warm with a dollop of greek yogurt, skyr, or vanilla ice cream
