Ingredients:
½ cup cashew nut butter (or another nut/seed butter)
1 cup quick oats
½ cup crispy rice cereal
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1/4 cup raisins or chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in bowl and blend well (I use a stand mixer)
Use a scooper to make balls
Place the balls on a plate or cookie sheet
Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes
