Crunchy No Bake Power Balls

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup cashew nut butter (or another nut/seed butter)

  • 1 cup quick oats

  • ½ cup crispy rice cereal

  • 3 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

  • 1/4 cup raisins or chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients in bowl and blend well (I use a stand mixer)

  • Use a scooper to make balls

  • Place the balls on a plate or cookie sheet

  • Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes
