Ingredients:
½ cup cashew butter
½ cup tahini paste (sesame seed butter)
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup ground flax seeds
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Combine all ingredients (preferably in a stand mixer)
Make batter into balls (it will be sticky), flatten a little with a fork
Bake at 350º for 18 minutes
Gluten free, processed sugar free, and can be made nut free if you use all seed-butters
